Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as needed. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate another user.
• Attempt to access data or features you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform or its security features.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without authorization.
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Use the Platform to discriminate against any person or group.

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to the Platform, including posts, reflections, goals, portfolio entries, and other materials. By submitting content, you grant iLeepe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, display, and process your content for the purpose of operating the Platform and providing its features.

You represent that you have the rights to submit the content you post and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights.

iLeepe uses AI to prepare context, summaries, and recommendations. The following principles govern our use of AI:

• Human authority: AI prepares; people decide. iLeepe does not make decisions on your behalf, including decisions about eligibility, admissions, employment, medical diagnosis, or legal compliance.
• Explainability: AI-generated insights link back to evidence and provide human-review status. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for important decisions.
• No warranties on AI output: AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on AI-generated recommendations.
• Not professional advice: iLeepe and its AI features do not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for such matters.

The Platform uses a permission-aware data architecture. You are responsible for configuring the visibility and access controls on the records you create. iLeepe enforces these controls but is not liable for the consequences of records being shared with parties you have authorized.

When an organization (school, employer, healthcare provider, government agency, or other entity) uses the Platform, the organization is responsible for the actions of its authorized users and for compliance with applicable laws, including data protection, education privacy (e.g., FERPA), and healthcare privacy (e.g., HIPAA) requirements. iLeepe provides tools to support compliance but does not guarantee legal compliance for any organization.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services. iLeepe is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. You access third-party content at your own risk.

The Platform, including its design, features, and software, is owned by iLeepe and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform without our written permission. "iLeepe" and related marks are trademarks of iLeepe.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content or recommendations are accurate, complete, or reliable. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iLeepe and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100) if you have not paid us any amount.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iLeepe and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms or any law or the rights of a third party.

You may delete your account at any time through the Platform settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, but version-controlled records may be retained as historical data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
