iLeepe is designed with a permission-aware data architecture. Every entity in the platform — including people, organizations, relationships, programs, and insights — carries visibility and access controls. This means:

• Row-level security: Users see only the records they are authorized to see, governed by role, relationship, and consent.
• Visibility levels: Each record has a visibility setting (public, platform, institution-only, partner-only, or private) that controls who can access it.
• Consent-gated relationships: Relationship data (mentor, family, advisor) is only shared with authorized parties who have a legitimate connection.
• Version-controlled records: Records maintain revision history and audit trails. History is never overwritten or deleted — superseded records retain their history.

iLeepe uses AI to prepare context, summaries, and recommendations. Our AI is governed by the following principles:

• Human authority: AI prepares; people decide. iLeepe never makes decisions on your behalf.
• Explainability: Every AI insight links back to evidence and provides human-review status.
• No automated decisions: We do not use AI to make automated medical diagnoses, eligibility decisions, rankings, or predictive outcomes about individuals.
• Permission-aware processing: AI only processes data that you are authorized to access.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your personal data to train external AI models.

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With your consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing (e.g., connecting with a mentor or sharing a portfolio).

Records that are version-controlled (goals, milestones, credentials, institutional memory) are retained as historical records and are never deleted — they may be archived or superseded, but their history is preserved.
